You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by anyone else. Prohibited behavior includes:
Sending or posting unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
Hacking or attempting to compromise the security of our systems.
Using our website for fraudulent purposes.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an Order: Orders can be placed online, via WhatsApp, or in-store. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via your preferred contact method.
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, once an order is approved (designs, dimensions, materials, etc.), it is final and cannot be modified or canceled.
Pricing: All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Payment: We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and other forms of digital payment. All payments must be made in full before delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
COD: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select products and locations across the UAE.
4. Design Approval & Proofing
All custom or corporate branding orders require final approval of artwork from the client before production.
Maram Print is not responsible for errors (including but not limited to typos, layout mistakes, color discrepancies, or design changes) once the proof has been approved.
We recommend reviewing proofs carefully before giving approval.
5. Turnaround Time & Delivery
We offer express printing services, with some products available in as little as 2 hours.
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of order.
Delivery Services: We provide delivery across the UAE. Standard and express delivery options are available based on your location and order size.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly for third-party courier delays or events outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our printed products:
All sales are final.
No returns or refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or the order does not match the approved design/specification.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, with clear photographs and a detailed description.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (including but not limited to images, designs, logos, and text) is the property of Maram Print or its licensors and is protected under UAE copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the site or services without express written permission.
Customer designs submitted for printing remain the property of the customer, but we reserve the right to showcase completed works for portfolio or marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maram Print shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Delays or damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or third-party courier services.
Errors arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or take responsibility for the content or practices of these external sites. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk.
10. Account Responsibility
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
