Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via your preferred contact method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom Orders:<\/strong> Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, once an order is approved (designs, dimensions, materials, etc.), it is final and cannot be modified or canceled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pricing:<\/strong> All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and other forms of digital payment. All payments must be made in full before delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>COD:<\/strong> Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select products and locations across the UAE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Design Approval &amp; Proofing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All custom or corporate branding orders require <strong>final approval of artwork<\/strong> from the client before production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maram Print is <strong>not responsible for errors<\/strong> (including but not limited to typos, layout mistakes, color discrepancies, or design changes) once the proof has been approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend reviewing proofs carefully before giving approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Turnaround Time &amp; Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We offer <strong>express printing services<\/strong>, with some products available in as little as <strong>2 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivery Services<\/strong>: We provide delivery across the UAE. Standard and express delivery options are available based on your location and order size.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly for third-party courier delays or events outside our control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. <strong>Returns &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the custom nature of our printed products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All sales are final.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No returns or refunds<\/strong> will be issued unless the product is defective or the order does not match the approved design\/specification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within <strong>24 hours of receiving your item<\/strong>, with clear photographs and a detailed description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. <strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All content on our website (including but not limited to images, designs, logos, and text) is the property of <strong>Maram Print<\/strong> or its licensors and is protected under UAE copyright laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the site or services without express written permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer designs<\/strong> submitted for printing remain the property of the customer, but we reserve the right to showcase completed works for portfolio or marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. <strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Maram Print shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays or damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or third-party courier services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Errors arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product or service purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. <strong>Third-Party Links<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our website may include links to third-party websites.
